Mirzaam App Privacy Policy

Fouz Expos Company, identified by its Arabic legal name in the Terms, manages App data and determines its processing purposes and means. This Policy describes data categories, purposes, recipients, retention and rights. Full company and contact details appear at the end of this section.

Depending on the service, we collect phone and verification data; votes and integrity records; necessary draw information including phone, email, civil ID and purchase evidence; uploaded photos and content; interactions needed to operate and improve features; and enquiry or complaint information. Mandatory and optional fields and the consequences of not providing data are identified at collection.

Data is used only as needed for account creation and phone verification; voting and draw administration, verification and prize delivery; content storage according to choices; security, troubleshooting and performance improvement; requests; and legal obligations. Collection must not exceed the stated purpose. New purposes requiring consent are not implemented without it. Acceptance of Terms or continued use is not blanket consent to disclosure or marketing.

Legally required consent is obtained clearly and specifically before processing. Marketing consent is separate, optional and not a condition of an unrelated service. It may be withdrawn by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. A service dependent on necessary data or consent may no longer be available, without affecting statutory rights.

Civil ID is not required for ordinary account creation and is requested only for a justified draw purpose or legal requirement. Before entry, a notice specifies each item, its purpose, recipient, authority for disclosure or consent, retention and consequences of non provision.

Civil ID is not visible to other users and access is restricted to authorised persons with a need to know.

Disclosure requires the relevant consent, legal permission or obligation, or enforceable judicial order, as applicable. Recipients may include hosting, verification and support providers with necessary access and confidentiality, security and use restrictions; competent authorities under the draw notice or legal authority; and people with whom users choose to share content after visibility is explained. App use or draw entry alone does not make data available to sponsors or exhibitors for their marketing.

Uploading photos for storage does not authorise public posting or advertising. Sharing explains visibility beforehand. Photo or camera permission is requested when needed and may be refused, in which case the dependent feature will not work. Content deletion may be requested through our contact channels.

Principal hosting and service providers and countries of storage, processing and access: [complete before publication]. Kuwaiti incorporation does not mean all data is stored in Kuwait. Overseas transfers or access require disclosure of relevant locations, compliance with applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards, and consent where required.

Data is not retained beyond the justified purpose or legal requirement. Periods or criteria must be completed before publication:

When no longer needed, data is deleted or de identified. Retention for a legal obligation or existing claim is limited to that purpose, with reasons for incomplete deletion explained where legally permitted.

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the data and risks, including access controls, protection in transit and storage, and provider access reviews. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Incidents are contained, remediated and notified in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Users may request access and a statement of their data under the law, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent and other applicable rights. Requests use the channels below; proportionate identity checks may be needed without unnecessary information. We respond under applicable legal procedures and deadlines and explain refusals or restrictions where required. Deletion may prevent a dependent service but does not extinguish existing rights or claims.

The App is not intended for persons under 18, whose data we do not knowingly collect. Reaching 18 does not establish full civil capacity for all transactions. Guardian or legal representative consent is respected where legally required for a service or processing. Data collected contrary to these controls is subject to appropriate restriction and deletion, subject to law.

Updates state their effective date and material changes are notified. Continued use alone is not consent to a new purpose or disclosure requiring separate consent. Enquiries, requests and complaints may be submitted to the Company without restricting recourse to authorities or courts. Arabic prevails if interpretations differ, subject to mandatory law.
